Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) gives users the convenience of controlling complex telephone functions like conference calling and voice mail directly from their personal computer.
Most CTI products, however, were developed for LANs, rather than stand-alone PCs. With the introduction of the PC Interface Unit (PCIU), Comdial makes CTI available to individual users without the need for a LAN.
The PCIU is literally a snap to install. Just connect the PCIU between the serial port of your PC and your wall jack, plug in a Comdial digital telephone, and load the PCIU software. That's all it takes.
